The Role

We are currently recruiting for Facilities Coordinator based at our Milton Under Wychwood site as part of our Mactaggart & Mickel Homes England Business.

What You Need To Know

The main purpose of the job role is ensure the site is presentable, i.e. high standards of housekeeping in all areas both internal and external ensuring there is a safe environment for all to work within. Managing the small team of labourers and forklift driver on site to deliver high quality work in a timely, controlled manner to ensure programme deadlines are met.

As Facilities Coordinator you will support the Site Management team in the overall management of the development. The Facilities Coordinator should be recognised as a role model on site operating in line with company policies and procedures at all times with enthusiasm and motivation.

In addition they are responsible for ensuring that there is a managed system for stock control on site, resulting in the correct levels of stock available at all times in the appropriate place.

The working hours are 8am-4.30pm Monday - Thursday and 8am-3.30pm Friday.
