We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager based at one of our commercial sites in Ayrshire as part of our Mactaggart & Mickel Contracts business.
What You Need To Know
The Assistant Site Manager reports directly to the Site Manager and assists with the day to day activity and successful delivery of the building site requirements including health & safety, the build programme, the sequence of work stages and all budget management.
You will be expected to maintain and exceed, building standards as determined by NHBC, Building Control and our own internal M&M Standard.
The working hours are 8am-4.30pm Monday - Thursday and 8am-3.30pm Friday.
Excellent communication and motivational skills are essential to the success of this role.
Completion of a Site Manager Safety (SMSTS) course is required and First Aid Course would be beneficial.
